BuyRecord, operated by Stéphane Rix EI (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entrepreneur), 20 allée Corneille, 63370 Lempdes, France ("we"), publishes aggregated purchase outcomes for products through a website, a REST API and an MCP server ("the service"). These terms apply to anyone who uses the service, including people and software agents acting for them.
Reading is free and needs no key. Requests are rate-limited per IP address and may be refused when limits are exceeded. We may change, suspend or limit access at any time.

When you submit an outcome, you confirm that it is truthful and that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it in aggregated form. Submissions without a verifiable proof are stored but not counted. We may remove any submission.
Stores that install the BuyRecord Shopify app agree that order outcomes from their store are used, without customer data, to compute public product and store statistics, as described in the privacy policy and the methodology. Uninstalling the app stops new data from being read.
Scores are statistical summaries of past outcomes. They are not product reviews, endorsements or advice, may be incomplete or out of date, and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made using the service, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
