Reading BuyRecord needs no key. Reporting purchase outcomes (submit_outcome, REST or MCP) needs one. Keys are issued instantly.

Or call the API directly: POST https://api.buyrecord.app/v1/keys with {"label": "..."}. New keys allow 120 reads and 10 writes per minute; a few keys per requester per day. By creating a key you accept the terms.
